Flow measurement

Mesit since many years has produced a complete range of primary elements for flow measurement from  orifice flanges to Venturi meters, including all accessories. Elements are accurately designed to satisfy all Customer needs and advanced production and control techniques to assure the supply of products of very high precision and reliability.

Production range includes:

Orifice flange in carbon steel, stainless steel and special high alloy steels size from 1" to 40", series from 300 to 1500 lb. RF or RTJ ANSI B 16.5 SO/WN types complete with accessories.

Orifice Plates in stainless steel or special alloys concentric type sharp edge 45° or quarter circle, conical entrance, eccentric and segmental type RF and RTJ facing. Tolerance in accordance with ISA-RP, API-RP, ASME-PTC and ANSI.

Flow nozzles manufactured from blocks forged in stainless steel, size from 1.1/2" to 24" in accordance with ASME-RTC-UNI-BS-ISO-DIN and AFNOR standards.

Venturi and delta tubes manufactured in accordance with ASME-PTC and ISO standards, in any material type request by the Customer. Special metering devices are produced as: bar-pitot tubes, elbows flow strengthening vanes, multistage reduction orifices, manifolds, condensing and seal-pots and complete installation with transmitters and special instrument racks. Special design of pipelines and tanks including: FEA calculation, metering, fittings and special valves, system monitoring flow, density, temperature, pressure and level measurements.

Mesit quality management system follow ISO 9001/1994 cd. and is applicable to: project management, design, procurement, manufacturing, inspection & testing, integrated logistic support, training & servicing.
