Magnetic Inductive Flowmeters are one of the ideal flowmeter for liquids.
However, the measuring liquids have one condition;
The liquid to be measured is to be conductive..
Theoretically, the accuracy of Magnetic Inductive Flowmeters is free from
the difference and changes of liquid conductivity subject to the fact that
the such liquid conductivity is separate than the Minimum Limit of the
specification.
This Minimum Limit of the conductivity is specified by two different types
of liquid;
Water and Other liquids than Water
This is because that Flow noise is easily induced by water and the indication
and output are noisy and higher limit of conductivity is specified in case
of Water flow measurement.
Such Minimum Conductivity by types of flowmeter as well as types of liquids
is shown below;
